This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and friendly service. The staff once offered me a hot drink when it was cold, which I still remember. I highly recommend giving it a try! I'm coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast could have had more options, and the sounds from above added to an uneasy atmosphere. Finally, the pathways outside reeked of smoke, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

Perfect match for shopping in Branson, all in all brilliant value for money. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast were really good. If you want a decent stay on a budget, this place works.

I found this motel to be worth every penny, especially with its convenient access to nearby attractions like the Butterfly Palace and the World's Largest Toy Museum, both less than a kilometer away, allowing for easy walking exploration of the area that I truly enjoyed during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Twelve Oaks Inn. The location can't be beaten, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Though the room had a slight odor, the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I'll definitely return on my next visit.
